Plan with clarity

Financing and project payments

Financing is optional. We can talk through a project scope that fits your priorities and budget without pressuring you toward a payment method or a more expensive finish path.

Optional financing

Options through Houzz Pro

We currently make Affirm and Figure options available through Houzz Pro. Availability, eligibility, approval, and terms are determined by the provider. You can review any option that appears in your Houzz Pro project documents directly with that provider.

Affirm

Affirm may appear as a payment option when you check out on an eligible Houzz Pro project invoice. It is not offered on estimates or proposals. If available on your invoice, review Affirm's options and disclosures there before choosing how to pay.

Figure

Figure offers a home equity line of credit, secured by your home. Information about this option may appear in Houzz Pro estimates, proposals, and invoices. Review any available lender terms directly before deciding whether it fits your circumstances.

Neither Virtue Restorations nor Houzz is the lender. We do not collect financing applications on this website or advise on loan selection. Please review interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and total borrowing cost with the provider before making a decision.

Three project phases

Project payment schedule

Project payments are divided into three phases. Your written contract will state the agreed scope and payment schedule for your project.

  1. Phase 1

    20%

    At contract signing

  2. Phase 2

    40%

After site preparation and demolition are complete

  3. Phase 3

    40%

    At project completion

If you use financing, your repayments to the provider follow a separate agreement. Financing does not automatically cover every project invoice or payment milestone.
